filipino desserts highlight a spread of banana leaf sticky rice infused with coconut milk and tropical aromatics such as pandan, ginger, and turmeric.

the spread is vegan and gluten free.

SIKWATE HOURS offer access to elements of the filipino cultural identity- tangible and intangible.

Intentional gathering is the belief to its core.

Guests are welcomed with:

  • A warm beverage intentionally sourced from heirloom cacao farmers (supported by the heirloom cacao preservation fund)

  • Rotating menu of visayan desserts made from heirloom rice varieties
